Pentre Cottage is a pet friendly rural holiday cottage near Aberystwyth, and is one of two detatched converted outbuildings on Pentre Farm located in Lovesgrove near Capel Bangor. The cottage, in its rural location is the perfect base for travel across all of Mid Wales, benefitting from its central location. Pentre Cottage is a ground floor property, with 2 bedrooms and a wet room with toilet – a suitable solution for our disabled guests.

The cottage opens into the lounge, leading through to the kitchen area, where a conservatory with a dining area lies at the far end of the cottage. From the conservatory there is a small enclosed garden with a barbeque and outside furniture to enjoy the summer weather.

There is ample parking just outside the cottage for 1 or 2 cars. We are happy to accept pets at an additional charge, as we understand that your pet is an important part of the family.

Locally there are plenty of hidden activities such as pony trekking, clay pigeon shooting, golf and quad biking. The bus stops just at the end of the lane making transport to near by villages and town easy. Apart from that there is also a footpath leading just off the farm, which is a regular place to spy Red Kites and other wonderful wildlife.

We are happy to accept last minute enquiries/bookings, and frequently offer special discounts should we have a last minute cancellation. We offer weekly, nightly or short breaks. We guarantee that our prices are the best you will find – but if you do find a lower price we will be more than happy to match!
